All of our doctors (psychiatrists and occupational physicians) as well as our allied heath professional are specifically trained to understand the unique challenges of injured workers and referrers. This enables Work Life Well to consistently provide opinions and recommendations relevant to your needs.
Our boutique size and structure enables our specialists to be at the coalface, to provide a flexible and personal approach to best service your needs. We are able to offer a range of progressive services including video-conferencing assessments and interventions.
At Work Life Well we move beyond generic occupational assessments by seeking to understand the broader context of each referral. For employer-driven referrals, we will endeavour to understand your workplace, including employee roles and your organisational culture. In the case of insurance referrals, we will seek to understand your product definitions.
With our drive to see positive change, we have developed innovative psychiatric solutions to manage occupational health injuries and provide support to insurers, employers and treatment providers. The aim is to improve clinical outcomes, functional capacity and reduce illness costs. We do this by utilising an occupational recovery model that prides itself on working collaboratively with key stakeholders and drawing upon the skills of a multidisciplinary treatment team to facilitate a seamless approach to occupational recovery.
